1) Find a recent project that addresses urban development issues for public health. What was the health issue? How was it addressed? Is the way it was addressed acceptably by the community? What is the current status? Has the health issue been resolved?   OR   2) How can solid, liquid, and hazardous waste be reduced? Who should be responsible (consumer, government, manufacturer) and why? What current programs are working to reduce waste and how do they improve human health? How is hazardous waste disposed of in the U.S.?
