Describe how cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) control cell cycle progression, and how they are themselves regulated. Explain how mutations affecting both growth-promoting and growth-inhibiting processes can result in cancerous cell proliferation. Give specific examples. Discuss in details the differences between cancer and normal cells.
