Philosophy of Classroom Management

This is the paper that I wrote. Please take a part out of each section of this paper and put   into paper. Below is the paper that I wrote, please read paper and answer questions above. Philosophy of Classroom Management   I believe that all children can learn through planned steps. I know that students are special and order to learn, they must be in an environment that encourages and promotes social and emotional behavior. In order for a teacher to be effective in a classroom, students must feel as though they are in an environment that is reasonable, constructive and danger free. I believe here is where students will feel as though, they can ask questions and share their own ideas. When defining classroom management, I believe that in order for a teacher to be effective, she/he must utilize a range of techniques or skills in order to keep the classroom and also the students in an organized setting. In an organized setting that is provided by the teacher, it is here where the student will be able to excel to their expectations and fullest potential. Organizing my classroom is very important, because this creates a classroom setting that is inviting to students. In my own classroom I have created a wall mural that consist of the sky, with balloons floating towards the sun. I created this mural in order to grab my student’s attention. This gives them an invitation to come into a class where learning is done. In order to follow the purpose of a classroom management plan, the students must be introduced and recognize the rules of the classroom that have been set into place. In my classroom I have displayed what is known as, Our Classroom Rules. These rules were hung on the bulletin board to be viewed and reviewed by teacher and students, this was done to make sure that all rules were clear. I feel that these rules helps my classroom run more smoothly. I feel that if a teacher keep students engaged by keeping the daily activities flowing, this will keep students from getting so bored, causing them to loose valuable classroom time. In conclusion, a classroom that is managed well creates a culture that is reasonable, constructive, and danger free, leaving students wanting to enter into a classroom where learning is being conducted.
