The Patriot Act has certainly become a hotly debated topic over the past 15 years. Please evaluate the Patriot Act’s provisions, discussing what scholars say are the pros and cons of the Act. After reviewing the Patriot Act on the web, please address at least five issues you notice scholars have pointed out as problematic. Are they assets to us or liabilities? Has implementing the Patriot Act been successful? How can we measure its success?
