Organizational Team Investigation

Investigate an organization that uses teams as a part of its daily function in accomplishing its mission. This can be in the form of an interview of an organizational leader/manager or from an academic article that explores the use of teams.

Address the following in this 3- to 4-page paper:
1. Description of the organization and how teams are developed and used to accomplish the organization’s mission.
2. What are the biggest challenges teams face within this organization?
3. What lessons have you learned from this organization that you can apply to team development within your organization?
