Governor Chris Christie- Superstorm Sandy
Mayor C. Ray Nagin- Hurricane Katrina aftermath
Chicago Tylenol murder

Please provide me with the strengths and failures of communication during the Sandy. Governor Chris may did great job however others believe he failed in communicating with stakeholders. Could you please explain them in 500 words.
