Urban Population Planning

Instructions: Click on the link below to build a city by adding residences, factories, stores, government offices, and whatever other amenities is needed for a major city. Once you’ve gotten your city planned, click on the button marked “Press for 3D Mode” to see how your city will look. You can also see data on population, crime rate, pollution, unemployment and jobs. You’ll also find advice on further development needed to solve current problems.

Your objective is to design a city with a population of at least one million. In doing so, you should make sure that crime rate, pollution index and unemployment are all minimized. You can reduce crime rate by adding police, and reduce pollution by adding trees to the landscape.
