Mock Arbitration: Company Representative

As CAC company representative, you will be working on a summary for an Arbitration hearing. You will show that you can handle tough situations by providing support for your positions in creating an Analytical overview covering the following:

1. Demographics information
2. The total cost of labor such as: wages, paid time off and benefits
3. Summarize current contract term
4. Future negotiations; identify if there is any potential “trouble” in negotiations
5. Summarize demands of labor and management
6. A detailed overview of contract cost and labor demands were satisfied via arbitration
