MANAGING COMPLEX PROJECTS

The goal of this assignment is for students to research an advanced topics in project management. The topic must be one of the following areas:

• Research a current or historic large and complex project. Focus on risk, quality, communication, procurement, or integration
• Research on a knowledge area that is not directly covered in PMBOK 6.0 (e.g. conflict management, organization change, process improvement, business execution).

For this assignment, submit a brief description of the project (no more than 150 words) that you intend to research and write.
