There have been many debates over the U.S. healthcare delivery model. Depending on the type of insurance you have or have had, you may have seen changes between the various delivery models over the years. Think about 2 different delivery models that you have experienced or read about (HMO, PPO, POS, EPO, PFFS, SNP, or ACO), and answer the following questions: What was the biggest difference between the two delivery models?  How does this difference affect the patient?
