Please read the article on Roy Vagelos in the syllabus. Write a one-page answer to the following questions.  Looking back at the decision regarding Ivermectin, how would you evaluate the decision under the Utilitarian and Kantian frameworks? Do you think Milton Friedman would have reached the same decision? Also do you think that Dr. Vagelos background played a role in the decison-making?
