Students will write reflections based on the readings and videos that will include general notes, an outline of major points, critical analyses, and questions you have. They should have depth, be substantive, and intellectually engaging. Therefore, summaries of readings and videos are highly discouraged. Organize weekly reading and video reflections, which must reference brief commentaries of big ideas or key terms per week that synthesizes points that either affirms or contradicts your philosophy concerning teaching social justice content and the methods used to convey that content.
