Topic number 5 describe systems at risk, data breaches, the need for disaster recovery, and how data centers fit into this equation. In today’s modern world our physical infrastructure is increasingly integrated into our electronic and digital infrastructure. From power plants to stop lights to water treatment facilities we are increasingly vulnerable to cyberterrorisim. I intend to study America’s current cybersecurity protocols and determine what needs to be done to safeguard our infrastructure from foreign governments and independent terrorist cells. Integrity relates to this topic because the tools you learn to defend computer systems can also be used to attack systems whether you do so maliciously or not depends on the personal integribcqty that you have fostered within yourself.
